I don't want to!

I have come up with a million excuses not to work out, the only problem is I really need to. It is funny, I like working out when I get to the gym, but it is the problem of getting there. I can think so many other things I need to do today especially since we are going to see my nephew graduate so I need to pack along with other activities I am sure I can create. Do you make excuses to prevent you from doing something that you need? After you complete them do you find you enjoyed it or have a since of accomplishment? I am going to pack my gym bag and leave to go sweat a little. Have a great weekend!
